（3） Construction process of FST white to black coating layer

1. The following preparations should be made before construction

(1) The original road surface should be pre treated before construction. Important spare parts for mechanical equipment are also required. Usually, the calibration of the mechanical measurement and control system is required in the following three situations: first, before the first use of the machinery on site; Secondly, mechanical continuous production is calibrated every six months; Thirdly, when there is a significant change in the mix proportion of raw materials, the calibration method should refer to the manufacturer's product manual.

(3) Construction shall not be carried out when the temperature is below 15 ℃. Construction shall not be carried out when the temperature reaches 15 ℃ and continues to rise. Construction can be carried out when the temperature reaches 15 ℃ and continues to rise; Construction cannot be carried out before the road surface is drained or cleared of water after rain; During the construction and maintenance period, there may be rainfall and construction cannot be carried out; The temperature during the curing and molding period must be above 15 ℃.

2. The construction shall be carried out according to the following steps:

(1) Traffic closure shall be carried out on the construction section first: Prior to construction, contact the traffic management department of this section and jointly develop a traffic control coordination plan to ensure sufficient maintenance and shaping time after construction. Corresponding measures shall be taken to minimize the impact of construction on traffic, and sufficient construction safety signs shall be set up in accordance with the traffic evacuation plan and safety regulations.

(2) Road surface cleaning of construction sections: Firstly, organize cleaning personnel to clean the enclosed required construction sections, remove all debris and soil from the road surface, and blow them clean with a hair dryer. For the mud cake pasted on the original road surface, first use an iron shovel to remove it, and then repeatedly brush it clean with a steel brush. For the parts of the original road surface contaminated with grease, first clean them with a cleaning agent, and then rinse them with water. The cleaned road surface should be dry, clean, dust-free, free of accumulated water, and pollution-free. The cleaned road surface is strictly closed to traffic, prohibiting pedestrians and vehicles from walking together to ensure construction quality.
