1. Introduction to Non stick Wheel Emulsified Asphalt Products
Non stick wheel emulsified asphalt is a special asphalt material prepared by special emulsification technology, mainly composed of hard asphalt and water under the action of emulsifiers, asphalt modifiers, stabilizers, etc. This emulsified asphalt will not be stuck away by construction vehicles after demulsification and has strong resistance to construction damage. It is commonly used as a bonding material.
2. Preparation method of non stick wheel emulsified asphalt
The preparation of non stick wheel emulsified asphalt mainly relies on special emulsification technology, using hard asphalt as the main raw material. Hard asphalt requires special treatment during the emulsification process due to its high softening point and high temperature resistance. In order to meet the characteristics of non stick wheels, a certain proportion of SBR latex is usually added as a modifier in hard asphalt, with an optimal dosage of 4%.
3. Storage and construction requirements for non stick wheel emulsified asphalt
(1) Storage: Non stick emulsified asphalt should be stored at a temperature below 50 ℃. If the storage time exceeds 10 days, it should be stirred to prevent segregation. Before spraying, the asphalt needs to be heated to a temperature range of 50-70 ℃. After spraying, the remaining asphalt should be stored in a 70 ℃ tanker truck for no more than 24 hours.
(2) Construction: Intelligent sprinkler trucks should be used for spraying, and the sprinkler truck equipment should be thoroughly cleaned before construction to ensure no residue. During the construction process, attention should be paid to the longitudinal and transverse connections, and the overlap with the already sprayed parts should not be less than 10cm. After the construction is completed, at least 60 minutes of emulsion breaking maintenance should be carried out, during which traffic control should be implemented to prohibit vehicles and personnel from passing through.
Through these methods and technical requirements, non stick wheel emulsified asphalt has been widely used in road engineering and has shown excellent performance and stability.
4. Application scenarios of non stick wheel emulsified asphalt
Non stick wheel emulsified asphalt is mainly used for the construction of adhesive layers in road engineering, especially in the interlayer bonding of multi-layer asphalt pavement structures. For example, in urban road renovation projects, when adding a new surface layer to an old asphalt pavement, non stick wheel emulsified asphalt binder oil is sprayed on the old pavement at a dosage of generally around 0.3-0.6L/m2, and then the new surface layer is immediately laid to ensure good adhesion between the new and old pavements and improve the overall integrity of the pavement.
