Cold recycled emulsified asphalt is a process of mixing the asphalt layer of an old road surface with emulsified asphalt, and then paving it to form a new road structure layer. 2. Construction technology of cold recycled emulsified asphalt

This method is suitable for various road maintenance and reconstruction projects, especially in areas with limited resources or high environmental requirements.
Cold recycled emulsified asphalt is applicable to the lower layer, base and subbase of asphalt pavement of expressway and Class I and second-class highway, as well as the asphalt pavement surface of Class III and fourth-class highway. When using the surface course of Class III and IV highways, slurry seal, crushed stone seal or micro surfacing are usually required as the surface wearing course.
