1. Product Introduction

The cationic slow cracking and fast setting asphalt emulsifier (LT-CMK724) has excellent emulsifying performance and can emulsify various types and origins of asphalt. The stability of the finished emulsified asphalt is good, and it has good workability with various stone materials. According to a reasonable ratio, it can meet the requirements of micro surface and cold mixing and cold laying ultra-thin cover with fast mixing time and forming speed. It can be quickly constructed and formed under high temperature conditions, meeting the needs of rapid open traffic on highways.

2. Usage method

Heat the water to 60-65 ℃, add the pre measured asphalt emulsifier to the water, stir evenly, and adjust the pH value of the soap solution to 2-3. Heating the asphalt temperature to 120 ℃ can produce emulsified asphalt.

3. Scope of application

Highway micro surfacing, cold mix and cold lay thin layer overlay, etc.
