On May 29th and 30th, 2024, the first academic conference on highway maintenance was grandly held in Zhengzhou under the organization of the Henan Provincial Highway Society.
The purpose of this conference is to improve the level of highway maintenance technology, strengthen highway maintenance management and technological innovation capabilities. The conference invited leaders of the "Smart Library Old Transportation", the Director of Henan Transportation Department, Professor Huang Xiaoming from the School of Transportation at Southeast University, Sun Hongyu, Chairman of Henan Expressway Construction and Maintenance Group Company, and representatives of Henan Highway Maintenance Young Engineers to give special presentations, jointly exploring cutting-edge issues and the latest research results in the field of highway maintenance. They deeply analyzed the hot and difficult issues in the current academic field with their profound academic foundation and rich practical experience, bringing a series of ideological feasts to the participants.
Xinxiang Longteng Highway Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as Longteng Road) was invited by the association to participate in this conference. Longteng Road is an innovative technology company engaged in the research and development of highway chemicals, production and sales of road building materials, and promotion and application of highway preventive maintenance technology.
During the meeting, Professor Huang Xiaoming from the School of Transportation at Southeast University shared the comprehensive recycling strategy and emphasized the importance of environmental protection in highway maintenance. The new technology of "low-carbon construction" on Longteng Road coincides with Professor Huang Xiaoming's viewpoint. Sun Hongyu, Chairman of Henan Expressway Construction and Maintenance Group Co., Ltd., visited the products and processes of Longteng Road and discussed the development direction and future of highway maintenance chemicals and building materials with Guo Zhining, General Manager of Longteng Road.
