Among them, the modern comprehensive three-dimensional transportation network project includes the construction of the Nanyang Xinyang Hefei high-speed railway and the Shangqiu Airport project; The modern energy security network project includes the Shaanbei Anhui ultra-high voltage direct current transmission project (Henan section), Yexian salt cavern gas storage, etc; In addition, there are construction projects such as modern water network systems, urban infrastructure, and strategic material reserve facilities. Among them, there are 414 manufacturing construction projects involving traditional industries, emerging industries, and future industries, including important industrial projects such as Zhengkai Automobile Industrial Park and Pingdingshan Fengyuan Bio based New Materials Industrial Base. At the same time, projects such as modern service industry and modern agriculture are also involved, such as the construction of a national level port logistics hub multimodal transport system in Zhoukou. There are a total of 42 green and low-carbon transformation projects aimed at promoting ecological environment improvement, environmental infrastructure construction, energy conservation and carbon reduction, and the development of new energy.
